What You'll Do:

As Salon Manager, you'll spend part of your day behind the chair serving customers and the rest leading a high-performing team.

You'll:

Inspire and coach a team of talented stylists.
Create a positive, fun, and professional salon culture.
Deliver outstanding customer experiences every day.
Recruit, train, and develop future leaders.
Manage scheduling, productivity, and salon performance.

Lead by example with exceptional haircutting and customer service.
